Membrane technical principle

The Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) technology is a new and efficient wastewater treatment process. It replaces the secondary sedimentation tank in the traditional activated sludge process with a membrane module, which greatly improves the system's solid-liquid separation capability. MBR technology is a new wastewater treatment technology that combines membrane separation technology with biotechnology. It utilizes membrane separation components to retain activated sludge and macromolecule organics in biochemical reaction pools, eliminating secondary sedimentation tanks. Therefore, the concentration of activated sludge can be greatly improved. Hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT) can be separately controlled, while refractory materials are continuously reacted and degraded in the reactor. Therefore, the MBR process greatly enhances the function of bioreactors by membrane separation technology. The system has the characteristics of strong processing capacity, high solid-liquid separation efficiency, good effluent quality, small footprint, and simple operation and management. At present, the MBR process has played an important role in the recycling of water resources. The use of MBR process technology to treat domestic sewage and industrial wastewater has shown remarkable results.

The company adopts an advanced film making process to control the membrane pore size at 0.1um, and has higher water flux and water quality. The plate is equipped with helium and the diaphragm spacing is more stable without the need for side plates. When the diaphragm is installed, it can be installed from the top down or from the side, regardless of construction site conditions.
