Chemical cleaning of electrophoretic paint ultrafiltration membrane components


1. Chemical cleaning is required when one of the following conditions occurs:

a) Under normal pressure, if the product flow rate drops to 10~15% of the normal value.


b) In order to maintain normal product flow, the feed water pressure is increased by 10-15%.


c) The use pressure has increased by 10~15%.


2, commonly used cleaning methods:

a) Use a special solvent for electrophoretic paint and then use the cleaning system to circulate for 3-5 minutes to remove the materials in the system.


b) The NaOH is further formulated to a concentration of 5%-10%, and then circulated and cleaned. The process should be maintained at 0.05 M|pa, generally for 10-20 minutes, so that the solution is fully wetted.
